Our Dining Hall offers a magnificent stone fireplace as its centrepiece, and has a northern charm that invites celebration. This space boasts a captivating view of Bark Lake with large windows that flood the hall with natural light creating the ideal venue for your Christmas party.

Menu Options:

Appetizers: 

Asparagus and Potato Bisque – Fresh asparagus and potatoes simmered in vegetable stock and milk and pureed until smooth and finished with fresh ground pepper and cloves

Butternut Squash –  Sweet butternut squash pureed with a chicken stock

Holiday Greens – A mixture of fresh spring mix, thinly sliced red onion, dried cranberries, sesame seeds and dressed with raspberry vinaigrette

Spinach and Feta Triangles –  Triangle shaped pasta stuffed with spinach, feta cheese, garlic and red peppers, deep fried and then served with tzatziki sauce for dipping 

Entrees:

Roasted Turkey with Stuffing – Roasted whole turkey stuffed with a savoury, cranberry and sage stuffing

Virginia Baked Ham –  Smoked boned in ham, seasoned with a brown sugar rub and finished with pineapples and cloves

Turkey Tourtiere Platter – Traditional tourtiere pie made with ground turkey and served with cranberry jelly, salsa and dried cranberries

Cranberry Turkey Chili – Ground turkey spiced with cumin, paprika, chilies and cooked with celery, green peppers, kidney beans and dried cranberries

Turkey Shepherd’s Pie – A homemade favourite made with ground turkey and topped with creamy mashed potatoes.  Also available in vegetarian

Fettuccine with Butternut Squash – Tender fettuccine noodles topped with a creamy butternut squash sauce
