Bark Lake has a large variety of food at each meal to satisfy even the pickiest eaters.

Every breakfast has one of the following:

Options: pancakes, waffles, muffins or French toast. There is always some kind of eggs served with bacon, ham or sausage. There are even home fries or hash browns. The fruit bar is "serve yourself" with a large variety of fresh cut fruits as well as yogurt. We also offer white or brown toast and a variety of hot or cold cereals.

Truly this is the best meal of the day!

Our lunch offers many choices:

Chicken Burgers, Nachos & Cheese, Hot Dogs, Tuna or Chicken Salad Melts, Pizza Pockets, Chicken Wraps, and Meatball Subs.  There is the salad bar with different kinds of salad, raw veggies and assorted dips and dressings.

There are seconds on everything but dessert.

Dinners here cover everything from Shepherd’s Pie, Lasagna, Baked Chicken with Chalet Sauce, Chinese Food Assortment, Chicken Parmesan with Pasta Alfredo, Pork Chops with Scalloped Potatoes, and Roast Beef.  There is a build your own salad bar with fresh ingredients and a variety of dressings. If you still have room there is even dessert.

All meals have milk, juice or water.  For guests in high school or older, we also have tea and coffee.

Vegetarian alternatives and other food requests are available if done in advance.

Bark Lake is a peanut controlled facility.

We control what is in the kitchen and where the food comes from when we are notified of allergies.
